Arrange a Furniture Collection

Forget Me Not can take furniture and other larger items that you no longer use and re-sell it in our stores to generate income for our children and families. For items that are in good condition, this is a great way to recycle your goods.

Before arranging your collection

Please check that:

All your items are in good condition, complete and work correctly
Each individual upholstered item has a fire label attached
The item is easily accessible and can be removed by our driver team safely and easily. Please note that we are currently offering a doorstep collection only and will not enter any households to retrieve donations.

I confirm that all soft furnishings have fire labels attached. I understand that goods need to be in a saleable condition and meet health and safety requirements.

I understand that items may be declined at the point of collection if they are items Forget Me Not are unable to sell.
