Build your confidence to support a grieving employee at our bereavement training session
Bereavement training
13 May 2025
Do you know how to best support a bereaved employee?
It can be difficult to know what to say or what help you can provide to someone who’s grieving the death of a loved one. People grieve differently, so what might be helpful for one person, might not be for someone else. And what about if that person is from a different culture to you – would you know how to talk to them about that?
Knowing how to manage conversations, support your employee’s wellbeing and that of their colleagues is hugely beneficial not just to the bereaved person but the whole workplace.
On our bereavement training course, we’ll share our expertise to help you support your employees with confidence.
Previous participants have told us they were surprised by how simple it can be to have these conversations with employees.
Our next training session is on 13th May, 10am-1pm, at Russell House in Huddersfield. You can book your place here.
