Do you know how to best support a bereaved employee?

It can be difficult to know what to say or what help you can provide to someone who’s grieving the death of a loved one. People grieve differently, so what might be helpful for one person, might not be for someone else. And what about if that person is from a different culture to you – would you know how to talk to them about that?

Knowing how to manage conversations, support your employee’s wellbeing and that of their colleagues is hugely beneficial not just to the bereaved person but the whole workplace.
